Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage commercial transformation projects across RTA to achieve strategic and financial objectives
• Supervise the preparation and execution of the commercial transformation plan aligned with investment strategy
• Oversee the negotiation and management of concession agreements with carve-out companies
• Evaluate the financial and operational performance of carve-out entities and provide senior-level recommendations
• Ensure full compliance with governance standards
  , agreements, and performance KPIs
• Manage external consultants, investors
  , and internal stakeholders throughout project life cycles
• Represent the department in key government committees
  , driving cross-entity collaboration
• Promote team development, mentorship, and ensure effective project execution through positive leadership

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration
  , Finance
  , Economics
  , or a related field
• Minimum 14 years of experience in commercial transformation
  , M&A, and public-private partnerships
• Strong expertise in project management
  , commercial negotiations
  , and policy development
• Excellent communication, strategic planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Proven experience managing carve-out activities
  , corporate transactions, and large-scale government initiatives
