Our Dubai boutique opened in April 2025, serving high-net-worth, international and VIP clients in one of the world’s most competitive luxury landscapes.
A very rare position has opened up and we are seeking a commercially astute, high-calibre Store Manager to lead our Dubai boutique.
This is not a standard retail management role. We require a strong leader who understands the pace, expectations and sophistication of the Dubai luxury market. You will be responsible for driving significant revenue, leading a performance-focused team, and ensuring flawless execution across sales, operations and client experience.
You must be confident managing high-value transactions and operating in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Be Doing Driving Commercial Performance- Leading the boutique to consistently achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Monitoring and optimising KPIs including conversion, ATV and client retention
- Managing high-value sales with authority and confidence
- Identifying commercial opportunities within the local and international market
- Building and leading a high-performing sales team
- Setting clear expectations and driving accountability
- Training and developing talent aligned with brand standards
- Creating a results-focused culture with strong ownership and pace
- Delivering an elevated, personalised luxury experience
- Building long-term relationships with high-net-worth and international clients
- Managing discretion, confidentiality and service excellence at all times
- Handling escalated matters with composure and professionalism
- Maintaining strict stock control and inventory accuracy
- Ensuring boutique presentation reflects premium global standards
- Overseeing security protocols for high-value inventory
- Reporting directly to senior leadership on performance and strategy
- Proven experience (3+ years) managing a luxury boutique in Dubai or a comparable market
- Strong commercial track record with evidence of exceeding targets
- Experience working with high-net-worth, international clientele
- Confident leader with the ability to command a room and a team
- Highly organised with strong operational oversight
- Calm under pressure and able to thrive in a high-performance environment
- Fluent English required; additional languages are advantageous
Experience with in luxury resale, high jewellery, watches or premium fashion is highly desirable.
