Franchise Manager – Al Farooj (UAE & GCC)
Location:
UAE, with regional oversight across GCC
Identify and evaluate potential franchise partners in the UAE and GCC markets.
Negotiate and finalize franchise agreements.
Support new outlet openings, ensuring operational readiness.
Operational OversightEnsure franchisees comply with brand standards, quality, and service.
Conduct regular audits and operational visits to maintain performance.
Monitor sales, profitability, and KPIs of franchise outlets.
Training & SupportTrain franchisees and their teams on operations, service, and brand values.
Provide ongoing support to optimize business performance.
Marketing & Brand PromotionCollaborate with marketing teams to implement regional promotions.
Ensure local marketing activities align with Al Farooj’s brand guidelines.
Reporting & CommunicationReport performance, challenges, and opportunities to corporate management.
Serve as the primary focal point between franchisees and corporate.
RequirementsMinimum 5–7 years of experience in franchise or multi-unit restaurant management.
Strong knowledge of the UAE and GCC F&B market dynamics.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to travel across the UAE and GCC frequently.
