• Running Your Own Desk: Take full ownership of the recruitment cycle — from business development to candidate delivery — within high-demand markets such as Technology, Financial Services, and Engineering.
• Building Client Relationships: Develop long-term partnerships with clients across Dubai and the wider GCC region, identifying hiring needs and delivering tailored recruitment solutions.
• Growing Your Market: Map your sector, uncover new business opportunities, and support the continued expansion of our Dubai operations.
• Collaborating With a Global Team: Work closely with our regional leadership and international delivery teams to drive performance, share insights, and deliver an exceptional service.

  Experience:
  
  At least 2+ years in 360 agency recruitment, ideally Tech or Finance, but we’re open to strong recruiters from other verticals.
• Fluent English: Essential for client and candidate communication across international markets.
• Commercial Mindset: You know how to spot an opportunity, pitch with confidence, and grow a book of business.
• Energetic & Outgoing: You enjoy building relationships, networking, and representing NES Fircroft in a competitive market.
• Organised & Proactive: Able to balance BD, candidate delivery, and market activity while keeping priorities sharp.
• Ambition to Relocate: You’re excited about building a career in Dubai and ready to make the move soon.
