Reporting to the assets director your main responsibilities will be as follows:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive leasing and revenue generation strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
• Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new income opportunities and drive continuous innovation.

• Lead all leasing activities for the mall.
• Oversee tenant mix strategy and rental negotiations to maximize yield and enhance visitor experience.

• Plan and deliver revenue-generating events, immersive experiences, and brand activations that increase footfall and dwell time.
• Work closely with the marketing team on initiatives that improve asset visibility and community engagement.
• Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and reporting for revenue streams.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, performance tracking, and reporting to ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded.
• Lead, mentor, and develop speciality leasing teams across multiple assets.
• Collaborate with asset management, operations, marketing, and development teams to ensure seamless strategy execution.

• Proven experience in retail leasing within a malls environment.
• Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth.
• Excellent negotiation, relationship‑building, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple assets and stakeholders across the UAE.
• Flexibility to travel between Dubai and Abu Dhabi for meetings and site engagements.
