Apply to join our Group as Operations Manager and help us to launch our new office and market in Dubai.

• Business Management:
  Define goals & action plans, monitor its progress reporting to top management.
• Operational Efficiency:
  Analyze and improve organizational processes, workflows, and best practices to boost efficiency and profitability.
• Budgeting & Financials:
  Prepare and manage operational budgets, forecast requirements, and analyze financial data to reduce costs.
• Strategic Planning:
  Formulate and implement strategic objectives to support company growth.
• Personnel Management:
  Recruit, train, and supervise staff, including conducting performance reviews and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
• Logistics & Store:
  Manage purchasing, inventory control, and warehouse operations.
• Quality Control & Compliance:
  Ensure products/services meet quality standards and that the company adheres to safety and legal regulations.

• Leadership:
  Strong ability to lead, manage, and motivate teams.
• Analytical Thinking:
  Excellent skills in interpreting data and measuring performance via Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Communication:
  Effective communication skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Organization:
  Superior organizational and problem-solving skills.

  Proven experience in operational management, preferably in the fashion field.
