Colleagues Facilities Supervisor

As a Colleagues Facilities Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing and managing colleague accommodation facilities provided by the organization. This position is responsible for ensuring the comfort, safety, and satisfaction of colleagues residing in company-provided accommodation.

• Supervise and lead a team responsible for the management and maintenance of colleague accommodation facilities.
• Ensure the cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all accommodation units.
• Coordinate check-in and check-out processes for colleagues, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Address and resolve colleague concerns and issues related to accommodation.
• Maintain accurate records of accommodation assignments, availability, and occupancies.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold quality standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of accommodation units.
• Plan and oversee maintenance, repairs, and refurbishments as needed.
• Coordinate with transportation services for commuting colleagues, if applicable.
• Implement colleague accommodation policies and guidelines.
• Promote a sense of community and colleague well-being within accommodation facilities.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards in accommodation management.
• Operate in a safe and environmentally friendly manner to safeguard the health and safety of colleagues, as well as contribute to environmental conservation.
