Key Responsibilities
- Supervisor with solid operational exposure 4-5 years or Assistant Manager with 1–2 years leadership experience
- Experience managing one outlet plus Room Service & Minibar operations
- Strong exposure to All Day Dining and high-volume service DMC
- Experience handling in-house breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations
- Exposure to group dining, DMC business, and revenue generation is an advantage
- Must have worked in 4★/5★ branded hotels
- Dubai experience preferred
- Accor experience highly preferred for quicker brand adaptation
- Hands-on operational leader with strong guest engagement skills
- Ability to manage busy service periods independently
- Immediate joiners or short notice preferred
