Job DescriptionBenefits Properties is seeking an experienced Emirati Sales Team Leader to lead and manage our real estate sales team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, solid real estate experience in the UAE, and the ability to drive team performance and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and training
- Manage daily sales operations and reporting
- Ensure excellent client relationships and high service standards
- Emirati nationality (UAE National)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate within the UAE
- Proven experience in sales team leadership and management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets
- Attractive commission structure based on sales performance
- Office based in Abu Dhabi
