Responsibilities- Lead PMO for strategic projects and transformation programmes
- Establish governance frameworks and ensure alignment with organisational objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication
- Provide advisory support for innovation-driven initiatives
- Drive risk management and compliance across multi‑stakeholder projects
- Support integration of new solutions into operational processes
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic decision‑making
- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in senior PMO roles
- Experience in agri‑food or agriculture sector projects is essential
- Proven track record managing large‑scale transformation projects
- Consulting background (Big 4 or top‑tier strategy firms highly desirable)
- Experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder programmes within the region
- Must be fluent in Arabic (written and verbal) to business‑level
- Strong governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement skills
