Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver interior fit-out and construction projects from initiation through final handover. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, leadership capability, and a proven track record of completing projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Manage the complete project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and handover
• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, material submittals, and project schedules
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and material tracking
• Ensure all works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and authority regulations
• Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and resolve technical or execution issues
• Manage subcontractors, procurement activities, manpower, and resource allocation
• Control project costs, manage variations, and monitor budgets
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE policies and site safety requirements
• Attend client and consultant meetings and provide regular project updates
• Lead site teams and ensure timely achievement of project milestones

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• 5–8 years of UAE experience in interior fit-out, construction, or project management
• Strong knowledge of civil works, interior fit-out, and MEP coordination
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• PMP Certification, SOE Membership, or Dubai Municipality Certification preferred
• Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD;
  Primavera knowledge is an added advantage
