As part of a significant regional growth investment, Navitas is appointing multiple Heads of Student Recruitment through a single executive recruitment process. These senior leadership roles will play a critical role in strengthening our recruitment capability across priority international markets and accelerating sustainable growth.

The OpportunityBased in Dubai, you will lead student recruitment across the Middle East, Africa and South Asia — one of the most dynamic and high-potential regions in global education.
While each role carries the same seniority, scope and accountability, individual positions will have a distinct strategic emphasis:
- Established Market Leadership:
Accelerating performance in mature markets by optimizing agent networks, improving conversion, and strengthening existing pipelines. - New Market Growth:
Driving market entry and penetration by building presence in emerging markets, establishing scalable operating models, and unlocking new sources of demand.
Final role alignment will reflect your strengths, experience, destination-market expertise and business needs later in the process.
What You’ll Be Responsible For- Setting and delivering regional student recruitment strategy in partnership with the regional leadership team
- Driving growth across both established and emerging markets
- Designing and scaling recruitment models (in-market, hub-based and partner-led)
- Leading, coaching and developing high-performing, multi-country teams
- Building trusted, long-term partnerships with agents, institutions and key stakeholders
- Owning forecasting, pipeline management and conversion performance
- Managing regional budgets and maximizing return on investment
- Representing Navitas at senior partner meetings and industry forums
You are a confident, commercially astute leader with a strong track record in international student recruitment or a comparable global sales environment. You are equally effective at optimizing mature markets and building new ones from the ground up, and you thrive in complex, fast-changing contexts.
You bring:
- Experience leading multi-country recruitment or sales teams
- Strong strategic, commercial and analytical capability
- Deep expertise in agent-channel and stakeholder management
- A disciplined, data-driven approach to decision-making and forecasting
- Sound judgement in regulated, high-growth environments
