** Role Overview
** We are seeking a highly accomplished Senior Director, Management Consulting to provide executive-level leadership across client engagements, drive significant revenue growth, and shape the strategic direction of the consulting practice. The Senior Director serves as a trusted advisor to C-suite and board-level stakeholders and plays a critical role in building the firm’s brand, capabilities, and talent pipeline.

This role is ideal for senior consulting leaders preparing for Partner or Principal-level responsibilities while already operating with a strong commercial and strategic mandate.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Executive Client Leadership
*** Act as executive sponsor for strategic, high-impact client engagements
* Advise C-suite and board-level stakeholders on enterprise strategy, transformation, and performance improvement
* Lead the design and oversight of complex, multi-workstream engagements across geographies and functions
* Ensure delivery excellence, value realization, and long-term client satisfaction
** Revenue Ownership & Business Development
*** Own and grow a significant client portfolio and revenue target
* Identify, originate, and close new business opportunities across priority accounts and markets
* Lead complex proposal efforts, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations
* Build long-term, trusted client relationships that drive repeat business
** Practice & Capability Leadership
*** Shape the strategic direction of the consulting practice, including service offerings and go-to-market priorities
* Drive thought leadership, intellectual capital development, and market positioning
* Represent the firm externally through executive forums, conferences, and industry events
* Sponsor firm-wide initiatives focused on innovation, operational excellence, and growth
** Talent & Culture Leadership
*** Lead, mentor, and sponsor Directors, Managers, and high-potential consultants
* Play a key role in senior talent recruitment, succession planning, and leadership development
* Foster a high-performance, inclusive, and values-driven consulting culture
** Required Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
* 8–10 years of progressive experience in management consulting or a closely related advisory role
* Demonstrated success leading large-scale, complex consulting engagements
* Proven track record of revenue generation, account leadership, and business development
* Experience advising senior executives and influencing enterprise-level decisions
* Exceptional executive communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
** Preferred Qualifications
*** MBA or equivalent advanced degree
* Deep expertise in one or more industries (e.g., financial services, healthcare, technology, energy, public sector)
* Experience in a top-tier consulting firm or high-growth consulting practice
* International and multi-market engagement experience
