The Logistics Manager will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations across Dubai Freezone and Mainland facilities. This role requires strong leadership, cost optimization capability, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable logistics operations. Sales exposure and commercial awareness will be considered a strong added advantage.

Warehouse & Logistics Operations

• Manage and oversee warehouse operations across Dubai Freezone and Mainland facilities, ensuring optimal space utilization, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.
• Design and implement cost-effective warehousing solutions tailored to customer and business needs.
• Ensure smooth inbound, storage, picking, packing, dispatch, and last-mile coordination.
• Oversee daily logistics activities, including transportation planning, vendor coordination, and SLA adherence.

Operational Strategy & Process Improvement

• Develop, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, procedures, and standards to ensure efficiency and scalability.
• Analyse existing operational workflows and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) across warehouses and logistics functions.

People & Team Management

• Lead, manage, and mentor warehouse, logistics, and supervisory staff.
• Oversee workforce planning, shift management, performance monitoring, and productivity optimization.
• Foster a culture of accountability, safety, continuous improvement, and operational discipline.

Financial & Budget Management

• Prepare, manage, and monitor departmental budgets and operational expenses.
• Track cost per order, cost per CBM, storage efficiency, and transport cost metrics.
• Ensure financial targets are met through cost control, vendor negotiations, and efficiency improvements.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, IT/WMS, and Freight Forwarding teams to align operations with Clarion’s strategic objectives.
• Support commercial teams with operational inputs, cost modelling, and feasibility analysis for new clients and projects.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, suppliers, transporters, and third-party service providers.
• Negotiate contracts, monitor service levels, and ensure timely delivery of services and materials.
• Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits.

Quality Control & Performance Monitoring

• Implement quality control measures to ensure services meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as:
• Inventory accuracy
• Warehouse productivity
• Cost efficiency
• Drive corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Develop and implement contingency and business continuity plans for operational disruptions.
• Ensure full compliance with UAE laws and regulations, including:
• Health & Safety regulations
• Environmental regulations
• Freezone and Mainland compliance requirements
• Conduct regular safety audits and compliance checks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
• 7–12 years of relevant experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing Freezone and Mainland warehouse operations in the UAE.
