Our client, a leading real estate developer in the UAE, is seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and drive its sales function. This is a senior leadership role working closely with the Managing Director, carrying significant responsibility for shaping and executing the company’s sales strategy while overseeing a high-performing sales team.
The successful candidate will provide strategic direction, translate market insight into actionable plans, and ensure sales operations are aligned with the organization’s growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Lead, manage, and optimize the performance, training, and career development of the sales team
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present detailed operational and financial sales reports to senior management
- Coordinate cross-selling opportunities and joint marketing initiatives to maximize market exposure and profitability
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Minimum of 10 years’ proven sales leadership experience within real estate
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Demonstrated ability to build, motivate, and lead high-performing sales teams
