We are looking for an experienced Facilities Management Supervisor to join our Real Estate & Properties Management team. The ideal candidate must have strong hands‑on experience managing residential, commercial buildings, and labor camps within the UAE.

• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in Facilities Management
• Background in a Real Estate & Property Management Company is mandatory
• Valid UAE Manual Driving License (Mandatory)
• Proven experience in managing:
• Residential & Commercial Buildings
• Labor Camps / Staff Accommodations
• Strong knowledge of FM operations
  , maintenance planning, and vendor coordination
• Ability to supervise technicians, contractors, and site staff
• Familiar with UAE regulations, safety standards, and compliance

• Oversee day‑to‑day facilities management operations
• Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of properties
• Supervise FM teams and third‑party contractors
• Monitor service quality, safety, and statutory compliance
• Coordinate with management on operational improvements
• Handle inspections, reports, and tenant‑related issues

• Strong leadership and supervisory skills
• Good communication and reporting abilities
• Problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple sites
