Global Real Estate Manager

Job Description

You will report directly to EMEA RE Director and you’ll work out of our Dubai location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our real estate strategies, ensuring that our portfolio aligns with the company’s goals and objectives while fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity.

• Lead corporate real estate processes.
• Develop real estate strategy and define and optimize space requirements.
• Design workplace strategies.
• Oversee site selection, negotiation, and tenant improvements.
• Manage flawless execution of real estate construction projects.
• Manage third-party suppliers to ensure delivery.
• Interface with government and regulatory entities.
• Communicate with all levels of business leaders.

• 6+ years of corporate real estate experience, including project management.
• Significant experience with a diverse real estate portfolio.
• Ability to lead highly complex projects across regions.
• Strong analytical ability.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong level of customer service skills and professionalism.
• Extensive influencing and collaborative skills.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Real Estate or Architecture.
• Significant experience with a diverse real estate portfolio.
• Proven track record of project management experience.
• Ability to lead highly complex projects across regions.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
