About the Job
Responsibilities:
  • Implement procurement strategies, ensuring cost efficiency, quality, strategic sourcing and supplier management
  • Manage procurement activities across our Hospitality and Real Estate division.
  • Oversee procurement for new construction and renovation projects, including FF&E, OS&E, and project-specific requirements.
  • Prepare and oversee and manage Procurement budget estimates/ expenditure in line with Company’s guiding principles and needs
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and fulfil procurement needs
  • Analyze market trends, risks and supply chain conditions to support decision making
  • Ensure compliance with procurement policies, procedures, and budgetary requirements
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in similar role, preferably in hospitality industry-managing multiple Hotels
  • Experience in both hospitality and real estate procurement is highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or a related field
  • CIPM certification will be an added advantage
  • Strong knowledge of procurement software such as Future Log and Microsoft Dynamics 365
