Our client is looking for a dynamic and experienced District Manager to be based in Dubai, UAE.
Duties and responsibilities:- Drive and deliver sales performance of assigned stores and recommend and implement cost control methods across all the P&L.
- Provide staff with coaching, feedback and developmental opportunities to ensure effective teams.
- Ensure all operational policies are adhered to.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing at least 10 outlets in the Food & Beverage industry within the GCC.
- Proven success as a District Manager in a branded or multi-unit F&B environment.
- Fluency in English;
Arabic is a plus. - Valid UAE driving license and access to a personal vehicle.
- Energetic, target-driven, and people-focused.
- Demonstrated success in developing and growing teams, with measurable outcomes.
- Strong knowledge of P&L management and business KPIs.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
