Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Archibat HR is seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) for an Established and Reputed Architectural Design firm to be based in their Dubai Office. A medium-size office working on a wide range of large scale projects in ME regions.
Role :
Collaborate with CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levelsTranslate strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planningOversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture that ensures team members can thrive and that organizational goals are metEnsure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retentionEnsure compliance with national and local business regulations, and take appropriate action when necessaryRequirements :
20+ years of proven experience including GCC regionHolding a previous role as COO or Managing Director is a mustPrior experience working in regional architectural or consulting offices (small-medium size)Prior experience managing Finance, Project Management, Business Development, AdminPosition is to be based in Dubai.
