We are a well-established Construction & Contracting Company seeking an experienced Technical Manager (Architectural) to lead and manage our technical department in the UAE.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  .
• Extensive experience working with major real estate developers
  .
• Strong track record in building construction projects
  , including high-rise towers with a Huge developments
  .
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the UAE or GCC
  .
• Total professional experience between 10 to20 years in the same field.
• Proven experience within contracting and construction companies is mandatory.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, technical standards, local authority requirements, and approvals.

• Proven ability to manage and lead the technical department
  .
• Experience in supervising, mentoring, and evaluating technical engineers and coordinators
  .
• Strong skills in planning, task allocation, and workload management
  .
• Ability to establish and implement technical procedures, standards, and best practices
  .
• Effective coordination with project managers, consultants, developers, and authorities
  .
• Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Oversee all architectural technical aspects across ongoing projects.
• Review and approve drawings, shop drawings, and technical submissions.
• Ensure technical compliance with project specifications, codes, and timelines.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve complex design and construction issues.
• Support project delivery in line with company objectives and quality standards.
