National Sales Manager – Automotive (Arabic)

We are currently recruiting for a National Sales Manager – Retail (Automotive) for our client to be based out of their Dubai office.
PurposeThe National Sales Manager – Retail is responsible for leading and executing retail sales strategy across UAE showrooms. This role drives achievement of ambitious sales targets, expands market share, and ensures outstanding customer experiences, while managing budgets and guiding a dynamic sales team.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement annual retail sales budgets, plans, and strategic initiatives to ensure achievement or surpassing of sales objectives. Maintain full P&L accountability for retail operations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities; recommend and implement responsive action plans.
- Oversee daily management and expansion of multiple retail showrooms, including evaluation of new locations from cost, design, and operational perspectives.
- Lead and motivate a diverse team, fostering a high-performance culture aligned with values and ethics.
- Enhance customer visits and showroom traffic by coordinating effective marketing campaigns, promotions, and events; analyze campaign effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
- Produce detailed sales reports and market analyses for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and actionable recommendations.
- Ensure optimal customer satisfaction, addressing escalated concerns with professionalism and care.
- Supervise recruitment, onboarding, performance appraisals, and professional development of all retail sales staff.
- Efficiently manage inventory rotation and ageing stock, coordinating with suppliers, logistics, warehouse, and finance teams.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams on purchase orders, stock replenishment, payment processing, and other operational matters.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, with at least 4 years in a managerial role within the automotive industry.
- At least 4 years of experience in the GCC region.
- Bilingual proficiency is an advantage.
- Excellent problem solving and decision‑making skills.
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Advanced interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning and organizational capabilities.
