The Role
The Clinic Manager plays a key role in driving daily clinic performance. You balance operational execution, client excellence, and people leadership to ensure the clinic delivers consistently high standards. Acting as a link between the team and the Regional Director, you manage schedules, monitor results, and coach team members while also being present on the floor to support client interactions.
You are responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, aligning the team around Hårklinikken’s values and goals, and implementing key initiatives that improve both the client and employee experience.
Primary RelationshipsReporting to the Regional Director, the Clinic Manager has primary working relationships with the local clinic team and cross-functional teams as needed.
Job Responsibilities- Clinic Operations & Performance Drive daily clinic operations to ensure SOP standards are consistently met, schedules are optimised, and operational tasks are executed accurately. Actively participate in consultations and client interactions to maintain exceptional service levels, while supporting sales and financial performance through a strong focus on results, client satisfaction, and KPI delivery. Track performance and report on key results to support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Team Leadership & Development Take full responsibility for leading, motivating, and developing the clinic team. Provide regular feedback, coaching, and support through structured 1:1s and monthly team meetings to improve skills, engagement, and accountability. Foster a positive, high-performing team culture aligned with Hårklinikken’s values and service standards.
- Brand Ambassadorship, Growth & System Optimisation Act as a dedicated ambassador of Hårklinikken, living and promoting the brand values internally and externally. Drive client acquisition, retention, and engagement through clinic-led initiatives, community-building activities, and events. Partner closely with the Regional Director to support recruitment, onboarding, CRM activities, and the ongoing optimisation of systems, workflows, and reporting to enhance clinic performance and efficiency.
Competencies
- 3+ years’ experience in managing retail, salons, or clinics in the beauty or service industry
- Experience working in the UAE, with familiarity with local labour practices, cultural considerations, and business operations
- Proven ability to balance client care with operational and financial results
- Skilled leader who coaches, motivates, and develops people
- Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Training as a Hair Specialist to enhance service expertise and leadership effectiveness.
