Lead Aerospace & Defence (A&D) Partner — Middle East (Equity Partner)

Location: Middle East (covering KSA, UAE, Qatar)

We are retained by a global strategy advisory firm to appoint an Equity Partner to lead its Aerospace & Defence practice in the Middle East. A formal job description is not being circulated; a detailed business case will be shared with shortlisted candidates.

• Set the growth agenda and lead strategy engagements for A&D clients across the region.
• Build and scale a practice; hire, develop, and mentor the team.
• Establish and deepen relationships with government and industrial stakeholders.
• Drive commercial outcomes, practice operations, and collaboration with senior leadership.

• Senior leader from a top‑tier strategy firm with A&D or industrial strategy experience.
• Mandatory: substantial Middle East experience, ideally with direct exposure to KSA or UAE and delivery on major programs.
• Proven track record in origination, delivery, stakeholder management, and team leadership.
• Must be willing to relocate and be based in Dubai.
