Project Manager – PMO Job Description

To Manage PMO functions and initiate owners in executing their tasks, by assisting in developing initiatives content, delivery management, and change management, therefore and shooting the success of external as well as DI IT transformation initiatives.

• Manage the PMO functions in executing tasks.
• Work across ERP implementation/Devops Projects/transformation related content development, delivery management and change management.
• Assist in conducting of the transformation workshops sessions and creative labs etc.
• Ensure compliance with the defined methodologies and conformance to metrics and usage of tools for all initiatives and projects.
• Ensure all documentation related to the transformation initiatives is maintained and stored for records.
• Support the initiative owners in executing the project related activities.

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant combination of Project Management,
• Candidate must possess relevant Project/Program Management certifications.
• 10 to 15 years of experience as IT Manager.
• Excellentcommand of written and oral English (Arabic is an Advantage).
• Must have experience of managing Devops projects and operation/change management.
• Must have experience working on ERP implementation projects in a project management capacity.
• Project, Risk & change management skills.
• Operating knowledge of business and industry.
• Knowledge of financial regulations.
• Knowledge of organizational health monitoring and improvement.
• Knowledge of organizational performance management tools and techniques.
• Knowledge of organizational capacity assessment and building methodologies.
• Knowledge of transformation models and methodologies.
