As a member of our Emiratization - Talent Pool, you will have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and gain valuable experience in the construction industry.

• HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and BD Roles
• Key support functions within the Hill International UAE office
• Strategic roles for UAE nationals aligned with business development and compliance
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge in project management and construction management
• Work closely with experienced professionals to gain hands‑on experience in project management and construction management
• Assist in the preparation and review of project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Conduct research and analysis to support project decision‑making
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success
• Attend meetings with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to provide updates and discuss project progress
• Continuously learn and stay updated on industry trends and best practices
• Contribute to the company’s Emiratization efforts by representing Hill International and promoting career opportunities to other Emirati professionals

• Must be an Emirati national
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment
• Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
• Previous internship or work experience in the construction industry is a plus
