We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to lead our installer team and ensure top-quality service delivery.

• Lead and manage the installer team
• Schedule jobs and coordinate with clients
• Quality control - make sure every job is perfect
• Handle day-to-day operations
• Solve problems quickly and keep the team motivated
• Communicate with clients and ensure satisfaction

• Currently living in UAE Dubai (we cannot hire from abroad)
• Minimum of 1+ years work experience of the Field
• Management or leadership experience
• Valid driver's license (UAE or international)
• Fluent English
• Experience with Whats App Business

• Experience in service business with field staff
• Background in wrapping, construction, fit-out, or interior work
• Knowledge of scheduling software (Jobber, etc.)
• Excel or Google Sheets skills
• Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, or Tagalog language skills
