A fast-growing Prop Tech company is looking for a Leasing Manager to lead leasing strategy, manage a high‑performing team, and drive occupancy and revenue growth.
Role OverviewYou will own the leasing strategy end‑to‑end, drive occupancy and revenue growth, and lead a high‑performing leasing team. This role combines strong commercial leadership with hands‑on operational execution and close collaboration with marketing, operations, and product teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and execute leasing strategy aligned with business growth
- Manage and develop a leasing team with clear KPIs and performance targets
- Oversee the full leasing lifecycle: pricing, tenant acquisition, renewals
- Analyze market trends and leasing performance to optimize results
- Ensure compliance with RERA and local regulations
- 5+ years in leasing or real estate, including leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of the UAE rental market
- Proven ability to drive leasing performance and growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills
- Tech‑savvy mindset;
Prop Tech or Fin Tech experience is a plus
