Job Description
As the next step in their expansion, our client is seeking to appoint a new Associate Partner to join the global leadership team. Based in Dubai or Riyadh, this role offers the opportunity to advise high-profile clients internationally and drive transformational change across the sports ecosystem.
This position is ideally suited for a senior consulting professional with a passion for sport, a strong track record at a top-tier firm, and the ability to lead both client engagements and internal growth initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-impact, strategic advice to senior clients on value creation, audience growth, and sporting development
Identify and drive new business opportunities, supporting the firm’s global expansion
Lead and manage client projects, ensuring delivery of exceptional outcomes
Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to C-level stakeholders
Oversee client communications and problem-solving processes
Mentor and develop consulting teams, fostering a high-performance culture
Contribute to internal firm-building and leadership activities
Requirements
Proven consultancy background, already operating at Associate Partner level
Experience at a top-tier management consulting firm
Strong track record in providing strategic advisory services
Deep knowledge of the sports industry and its commercial landscape, with a strong professional network
Demonstrable passion for sport and its role in driving societal impact
Willingness and ability to work on a global basis
