Head of Partnership Management Unit

Responsibilities

• Developing and overseeing the implementation of the institutional partnerships strategy in a manner that achieves the organization’s objectives and enhances integration with its partners in the public and private sectors.
• Preparing the division’s operational projects, ensuring their alignment with the department’s strategic plans, and overseeing their implementation.
• Developing and reviewing policies and procedures related to partnership management and development, and overseeing their implementation.
• Supervising and participating in the preparation of the annual partner requirements plan, in coordination with the relevant organizational units within the organization.
• Managing the identification of strategic opportunities for new partnerships locally and internationally that contribute to service improvement and the enhancement of institutional performance efficiency, in coordination with relevant organizational units.
• Overseeing the preparation of feasibility studies and recommendations for proposed partnerships, and assessing the associated risks and expected returns, in coordination with relevant organizational units.
• Overseeing the preparation of partnership-related risk management plans and establishing preventive measures to ensure the continuity of cooperation.

A master’s degree requires 6 years of experience in partnership management, public relations, or an equivalent field.

A bachelor’s degree requires 8 years of experience in partnership management, public relations, or an equivalent field.
