We are currently hiring an experienced Event Manager to lead the planning and execution of high-profile events, exhibitions, and international roadshows. This role offers the opportunity to manage prestigious global events and create exceptional brand experiences across the UAE, UK, and Europe. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the end-to‑end event lifecycle, working closely with internal stakeholders, external partners, and international vendors to deliver seamless and impactful events.

• Lead the end‑to‑end planning, coordination, and execution of exhibitions, roadshows, conferences, and corporate events
• Manage event budgets, track expenditure, and ensure financial objectives are met while maximising value and cost efficiency
• Source, negotiate, and manage relationships with vendors including venues, AV suppliers, catering partners, and promotional material providers
• Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring expectations are clearly understood and delivered
• Oversee event logistics, timelines, and operational execution to ensure flawless delivery
• Coordinate international events across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local requirements and standards
• Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, exhibitors, government entities, and industry partners
• Conduct post‑event evaluations and reporting to assess performance and identify improvement opportunities

• Minimum 3 years’ experience organising high‑profile events, exhibitions, and roadshows
• Experience with in real estate development or a related corporate sector is highly preferred
• Proven track record managing both small‑scale and large‑scale international events
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong budget management and negotiation capabilities
• Experience managing multiple vendors and stakeholders simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel frequently across the EU, UK, and UAE
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required by event schedules
• Due to frequent EU travel, candidates must be eligible for visa‑free EU travel or hold EU citizenship
