Job Description:ABC Imaging is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead and coordinate installation projects for our high-end retail and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong project management skills, a technical understanding of large-format printing installations, and the ability to oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-format print installation projects at client sites worldwide.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and external vendors throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate installation schedules, ensuring deadlines are met and resources are efficiently utilized.
- Oversee site assessments, logistics planning, and installation team deployment.
- Manage and track project budgets, ensuring cost control and profitability.
- Ensure all installations meet safety standards and quality expectations.
- Communicate progress, issues, and solutions proactively to stakeholders.
- Document project milestones, issues, and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience managing installation projects, preferably within the large-format printing, media, or visual solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of technical installation processes, site logistics, and safety protocols.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and clients.
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Project, etc.).
- Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues and adapt plans as needed.
- Knowledge of printing and media industry standards is a plus, but not mandatory.
