Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, you will:

• Execute state-based operational business plans aligned with national strategy.
• Lead and manage multiple clinics to ensure optimal operations, specific to performance and patient outcomes.
• Directly manage key state personnel, including Patient Services Manager, Director of Nursing (Day Hospitals/Procedures) and State Nurse Managers.
• Collaborate with National Managers across HR, Finance, Compliance/WHS and Marketing for integrated service delivery.
• Monitor key performance metrics, including patient billing and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ART regulations and NSQHS standards.
• Champion a process-driven approach to operational management and continuous improvement.

• Extensive experience managing healthcare operations, preferably in IVF, Assisted Reproductive Technology (ART) or specialist medical services.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven track record of driving operational excellence.
• Solid understanding and expertise in Medicare billing and clinic performance metrics.
• Familiarity with ART, NSQHS standards and regulatory compliance.
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills to engage stakeholders effectively.
