• Translate our business strategy into wholesale and trading solutions.
• Develop and implement end-to-end logistics strategy.
• Maximize customer service levels and make continuous improvement.
• Continuously improve the cost effectiveness of logistics processes.
• Derive and deliver budgets, setting a key performance goal for the team.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with other departments to continually improve processes.
• Keep abreast of industry best practice and developments, and collaborate with the team and external partners/parties to develop new/improved capabilities for the business unit.
• Lead and develop a highly professional team to maximize effectiveness and agility.
• Support sales team in export sales and generate revenue for the company.
• Develop tools/metrics that leverage data analytics technology to measure the performance of logistics workflows.

• Must be from Logistics Business.
• Minimum 20 years of experience in the Logistics industry.
• Possess a good knowledge of customs rules and regulations, and other related requirements for global shipping.
• Knowledge in planning and procurement is a plus.
• Exposure to sales support and ability to source potential investors, suppliers, and clients.
• Proven leadership experience in managing large operations teams.
• Experience in driving changes in logistics models to meet business needs.
• Experience in leading and implementing sales and marketing initiatives.
• Skilled in demand forecasting and statistical inventory modelling.
• Strong problem‑solving skill with a passion to drive change.
