Hiring: A Leadership Role in a New MarketWe are seeking a Senior Sales & Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our Dubai Sales & Marketing operations. This is not a regular job — it’s a pivotal leadership opportunity to build, lead, and grow our market presence in the UAE and beyond.Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Sales & Marketing initiatives independently for the Dubai office.
• Develop the business from the ground up, including strategic planning, client acquisition, and market positioning.
• Serve as the key representative of AICL in the UAE, with full responsibility for business development and client relationship management.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline across sectors aligned with Cable Trays, Solar Structures, and Industrial Machinery.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to guide expansion strategies.
• Oversee all proposals, tenders, client communications, and presentations with end-to-end ownership.
• Represent AICL in industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings across the GCC.

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 7–10 years of senior-level Sales & Marketing experience, preferably in Steel Manufacturing or Industrial Products.
• Proven leadership capability in setting up or scaling operations in a new market or region.
• Deep understanding of the Cable Tray and/or Solar Structures sector is highly desirable.
• Strong business acumen with a self-driven, entrepreneurial approach.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and make strategic decisions aligned with global HQ.
