The company is a Shariah compliant boutique investment company licensed by the Capital Market Authority ("CMA") of Saudi Arabia and primarily focused on asset management, alternative investments, and investment banking. They have a strong portfolio of real estate investments.
Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end project management of real estate developments across planning, design, construction, and handover stages.
- Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with investment objectives.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and risk mitigation plans to ensure projects are delivered within approved parameters.
- Manage consultants and contractors, reviewing contracts, deliverables, and ensuring quality standards are met.
- Oversee feasibility studies, cost estimation, and ROI analysis for new and existing real estate assets.
- Work closely with the investment team to assess and support acquisition, development, or divestment decisions.
- Track project KPIs and provide regular progress reports and updates to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, zoning laws, and environmental and safety standards.
- Identify opportunities for asset value enhancement through renovation, repositioning, or tenant mix strategies.
- Serve as the point of contact between the firm and development partners, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field; MBA or PMP is a plus.
- 7-10 years of experience in project management within the real estate sector, preferably in investment-driven environments.
- Proven track record in delivering residential, commercial, and/or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, development feasibility, and cost management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and cross-functional environment.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage (if relevant to region).
