Managing Director – Creative Agency UAE

We are recruiting for an award-winning creative agency based in Dubai, is seeking a Managing Director to lead its next phase of growth and expansion across the GCC. Working closely with the CEO and senior leadership team, you will shape and execute a strategy that strengthens the agency’s position as a leading force in the GCC’s creative and brand communications landscape.

• Lead strategic growth and regional development across the GCC.
• Drive commercial performance through new business initiatives, partnerships, and long-term client relationships.
• Oversee operations, finance, marketing, and client delivery, ensuring excellence and profitability across all functions in Dubai.
• Inspire and lead multidisciplinary teams spanning creative, production, and client service disciplines.
• Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability that empowers teams to deliver exceptional results.

• Senior leadership experience within creative, marketing, brand communications, or events agencies.
• Proven success in driving growth, profitability, and regional expansion.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to balance creativity and business performance.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams and managing complex, high-impact projects.
• Deep understanding of the GCC markets;
  Arabic language skills are advantageous but not essential.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, strategic thinker, and confident communicator.
