Thomsun Trading Establishment is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Piano Technician to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience in tuning, repairing, and servicing upright and grand pianos. This role involves workshop‑based servicing as well as on‑site support at customer locations, educational institutions, and performance venues.

This opportunity is open to candidates currently based in India who are willing to relocate to the UAE.

• Perform professional tuning of upright and grand pianos to concert pitch standards
• Carry out regulation, voicing, servicing, and mechanical repairs
• Diagnose technical faults and execute corrective and preventive maintenance
• Conduct pre‑delivery inspection (PDI), setup, and preparation of new instruments
• Provide on‑site service support at customer locations, schools, music academies, and performance venues
• Ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Maintain proper service records and documentation
• Handle instruments with care during transportation and setup
• Coordinate with sales and showroom teams regarding service requirements

• Proven experience as a Piano Technician (tuning and repair experience essential)
• Experience working with upright and grand pianos
• Formal training or certification in Piano Technology (preferred but not mandatory)
• Excellent ear for pitch and tonal quality
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Ability to work independently and manage service schedules
• Basic English communication skills
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai, UAE
