Car Detailer

Key Responsibilities

The role is responsible for ensuring vehicles are neat, clean, and presentable both inside and outside by using appropriate cleaning equipment, tools, and products in line with company standards.

• Ensure vehicles are cleaned as per company procedures within the given time frames.
• Confirm all cleaning materials, tools, and wiping cloths are clean and readily available before starting work.
• Use the correct tools and materials for each cleaning task.
• Clean both the interior and exterior of vehicles, including:
• Vacuuming and maintaining vehicle interiors.
• Cleaning dashboards and centre consoles.
• Wiping windshields and windows.
• Cleaning door trims and hinges.
• Polishing tyres and ensuring wheel caps are properly secured with tags.
• Maintain cleaning equipment by keeping vacuums unclogged, hoses properly hung, and waste bins emptied.
• Ensure cleaning materials are used efficiently and avoid any wastage.

Basic or lower-level education.

• Prior experience in vehicle cleaning or a similar role is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Ability to follow procedures and instructions.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning tools and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
