The Country Helper position is a hands-on, support-focused role that contributes to the seamless execution of daily operational activities. This role is essential in maintaining workplace organization, assisting skilled staff, and ensuring assigned tasks are completed efficiently and safely. It is well-suited for individuals who are reliable, proactive, and eager to work in a structured, team-oriented environment.

• Provide general assistance across assigned operational areas

• Support supervisors and skilled team members with daily tasks

• Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety in work areas

• Assist with loading, unloading, moving materials, and basic handling tasks

• Follow company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures

• Report issues or concerns promptly to supervisors

• Demonstrate professionalism, punctuality, and teamwork

• Previous experience in a helper, support, or similar operational role preferred

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks

• Basic communication skills (English proficiency is an advantage)

• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

• Flexibility to work in different locations or shifts as required

• High school education or equivalent is preferred
