• Conduct detailed site assessment of existing CCTV and access control infrastructure.
• The vendor shall be fully responsible for preparing and submitting all technical documents, layouts and system designs to SIRA for design review and shall coordinate directly with SIRA to obtain final compliance certification.
• Supply, install, configure and commission the following components:
• 4MP SIRA-approved cameras.
• NVRs, network switches, UPS, storage devices and all associated accessories.
• Structured cabling (if existing cables are not usable and the existing system is analog), conduiting, racks and mounting systems.
• Integrate existing or new gate barrier system with ANPR cameras to restrict access to registered vehicles only.
• Assess the condition and integration capability of existing gate barriers:
• If found incompatible, the vendor shall propose replacement with SIRA-compliant automatic barriers, including installation and any required civil works.
• Provide operator training and submit full handover documentation, including system layout, manuals and warranty certificates. Proposal must include:
• Product datasheets (cameras, ANPR, NVRs, barriers).
• Project methodology.
• Minimum 1-year warranty on all equipment and installation.
• Complete price breakdown with make, model, unit rate, quantity and total cost for each item.

• 50% upon completion of cabling and conduiting works, verified by the respective team.
• 30% upon completion of all installation and system commissioning.
• 20% upon submission of complete project documentation including system drawings, user manuals, warranty certificates and final SIRA NOC.
• All payments are subject to verification of physical progress and compliance by HOAM. Final payment will only be processed upon receipt of the valid SIRA final approval certificate.
