Overview
Need Heavy Equipment Manager for a Leading Cement Co in Dubai
Qualifications- Min 10-15 years of experience in cement heavy manufacturing industry
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Automobile
- Light and Heavy Equipment repairs and preventive maintenance & Spare parts
- Familiar with SAP or similar maintenance management system
- Expertise in mobile and auto equipment in a cement company (cement trucks / trailers / loaders / forklifts / maintenance vehicles)
- Strong knowledge in spare parts planning and inventory control, as well as hydraulic, pneumatic and lubrication systems
- Great team leadership and supervision of technicians; workforce planning, task allocation, training and performance monitoring
- Management skills in budgeting, cost control and maintenance cost optimization
