Job SummaryAcquires job skills to resolve routine tasks requiring limited judgement. Focus is on routine tasks, using limited judgement of standard operating procedures. Supports the overall team.
Responsibilities Facility / Infrastructure Maintenance- Performs basic preventative maintenance checks on-site to non-critical facility components.
- Performs basic repairs and maintenance to non-critical facility components.
- Monitors the Building Monitoring System (BMS) by following standard operating procedures; works under close supervision in responding to basic alarms.
- Normally receives detailed instructions on all work; works under close supervision.
- Coordinates with vendors on standard operating procedures.
- Supports basic site logs for permits, such as Maintenance Operation Protocol (MOPs) and scripts.
- Completes basic routine work order facility requests under supervision.
- Assists in routine incident management requests.
- Provides assistance to departments during routine maintenance activities.
- Provides basic assistance to more senior staff on infrastructure projects; may shadow projects for learning.
- Typically requires a high school diploma and 1 year of equivalent work experience.
