- Perform advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex systems within the designated area of expertise to ensure minimal downtime.
- Innovate maintenance solutions tailored to the unique constraints of island operations, including limited storage and resource availability.
- Act as a technical leader, providing support and sharing hands‑on expertise with service delivery teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure maintenance strategies align with high operational excellence and service standards.
- Apply creative thinking to develop and implement effective solutions for maintenance challenges, especially when conventional resources or parts are unavailable.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by introducing best practices and new technologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Ensure reliable operation of all systems within the technical domain, maintaining high standards for luxury and seamless guest experiences.
- Drive the implementation of maintenance strategies that promote longevity and efficiency of the facilities' systems.
- Demonstrate a strong capacity for innovation, particularly in overcoming logistical challenges related to the remote location of Sindalah.
- Lead by example in adaptability, delivering solutions in a fast‑paced and evolving luxury environment.
- Empower service partners through active collaboration and knowledge sharing, enhancing the collective ability to deliver high‑quality services.
- Promote a culture of partnership where the success of service delivery is a shared responsibility.
- Fluent in Russian (spoken and written).
- Proven experience in facilities management, particularly in troubleshooting and repairing complex systems.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to innovate maintenance solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Adaptability to work in a remote location with limited resources.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and ability to empower service partners.
