We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hygiene Supervisor to join our team at Freelan Contract. As a Hygiene Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the hygiene and cleanliness of our facilities and ensuring that all health and safety regulations are met. This is a full‑time position with opportunities for growth and development within our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement hygiene and sanitation procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Train and supervise a team of hygiene staff, including cleaners and janitors
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure all areas are clean and up to company standards
  • Coordinate with other departments to schedule cleaning and maintenance tasks
  • Respond to and resolve any hygiene‑related issues or complaints
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on cleaning activities and expenses
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide to hygiene staff
  • Identify and implement improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hygiene department
  • Keep up‑to‑date with industry standards and best practices for hygiene and sanitation.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in a hygiene or janitorial setting
  • Strong knowledge of hygiene and sanitation procedures and regulations
  • Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and lift up to 50 pounds.
