Here’s your opportunity to join Dubai Holding Entertainment as a Supervisor – Technical Services. In this role, you will oversee the daily technical operations of the waterpark, ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable performance of rides, attractions, equipment, and infrastructure. You will lead maintenance activities through effective planning, coordination, and hands‑on technical support, while upholding the park’s safety standards, operational excellence, and guest experience.

• Supervise daily operations and maintenance tasks across all park technical systems.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance of water rides, pumps, filtration, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• Coordinate with contractors for specialized services and emergency repairs.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance SOPs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance schedules, reports, and asset conditions.
• Train and mentor technicians, ensuring high performance and safety awareness.
• Inspect facilities and report any potential safety or operational risks.
• Liaise with operations teams to schedule maintenance with minimal guest disruption.
• Any other duties may be reasonably requested by the Management Team.

• Diploma or technical certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related engineering field.
• Minimum of 4–5 years’ experience in maintenance of waterpark rides, attractions, or industrial equipment, with prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills, with hands‑on knowledge of water ride systems, pumps, HVAC, PLCs, and associated infrastructure.
• Proven experience in preventive and corrective maintenance planning, scheduling, and documentation.
• Solid understanding of safety standards, HSE requirements, and emergency response procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate technical teams to achieve high equipment uptime and maintenance compliance.
