Storekeeper

Day- to-day operations

• Receive frozen materials and verify quantity, quality, and documentation
• Ensure products are stored at correct temperatures (e.g.,
  -18°C or as specified)
• Arrange frozen items according to FIFO / FEFO principles
• Label, stack, and organize products properly in cold storage with update in Oracle and WMS App.
• Supervise all Operators machines and helpers to ensure effectiveness of warehousing transactions
• Prepare and coordinate relevant documents with finance for supplier payment
• Maintain accurate stock records (manual or system-based)
• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts
• Perform daily inventory reconciliation to maintain the accuracy at 100%
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages or damages
• Track expiry dates and prevent product spoilage
• Prepare record keeping of all documents for smooth condition of audit
• Prepare materials for dispatch while maintaining cold chain integrity
• Ensure correct documentation for issued items
• Coordinate the sampling of received materials from QC department to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Monitor and record of temperatures regularly
• Report temperature deviations or equipment malfunctions immediately
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
• Ensure personal protective equipment (PPE) is used correctly
• Comply with food safety standards
• Follow workplace health and safety rules
• Maintain cleanliness of freezer and other storage areas
• Implement 5s activities in all warehouses
• Perform additional tasks given by the Warehouse Manager
