Responsible for formulating and implementing the group’s overall supply chain strategy and annual plan, and building a unified supply chain management system.
Coordinate the group’s global procurement and supplier management, optimize the supplier structure, and improve procurement efficiency and bargaining power.
Plan and optimize the group’s logistics, warehousing, inventory, and planning management to ensure supply security and reasonable costs.
Promote supply chain process optimization and standardization to improve response speed and internal customer satisfaction.
Lead the construction of supply chain informatization and digitalization projects, and establish a data analysis and decision support mechanism.
Responsible for supply chain risk management and compliance management, with a focus on high‑risk regions such as the Middle East (including Iraq).
Coordinate the collaboration between the supply chain and engineering, production, project, sales, and finance departments to provide overall supply chain solutions for key projects.
Job RequirementsEducation Background:
Bachelor’s degree or above, majoring in supply chain/logistics/management, overseas degrees or professional certifications preferred.
Work Experience:
Over 10 years of supply chain work experience, over 3 years of senior management experience, overseas experience, especially in the Middle East, preferred.
Professional
Skills:
Familiar with key modules and information systems of the supply chain, with data analysis and cost control capabilities.
Leadership ability:
Possesses excellent leadership and team management skills, is results-oriented, has good stress resistance, adheres to principles, and agrees with the group’s development strategy and values.
