Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with business, sales, and margin objectives.
- Source, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers for car care, Bodyshop, accessories, and spare parts.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and lead times to achieve cost competitiveness and supply continuity.
- Oversee demand planning, inventory control, and replenishment to optimize stock levels and working capital.
- Coordinate with sales, marketing, technical and product teams to support new product introductions.
- Manage logistics, shipping, customs clearance, and warehouse coordination to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor supplier performance, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Identify risks within the supply chain and implement mitigation and contingency plans.
- Prepare procurement budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain management within automotive aftermarket, car care, bodyshop, or spare parts industries.
- Strong understanding of global sourcing, especially Asia/China/Europe and regional suppliers.
- Solid knowledge of inventory planning, logistics, and cost control.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, volume-driven environment.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business, procurement, supply chain, marketing, mechanical engineering, automobile engineering, or a related field is desired. - Experience:
5 to 15 years in procurement & supply chain, preferably within car care products, bodyshop consumables, aftermarket accessories, and spare parts segments. Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. - Skills:
Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong track record in sourcing, procurement, supply chain, demand and forecasting with networks across automotive suppliers and manufacturers globally. Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
