Job Summary & Purpose

Stock In flow and Out flow management from and to vendors

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities
  • Plan and controls in and out flow of stocks to and from the warehouse
  • Order Fill Rate and coordination with vendor to improve fill rate
  • Plans and coordinates time for vendor to visit for stock receiving and picking
  • Check the existing Purchase returns and coordinate with WH and vendor on pickups
  • Point of contact between vendors and WH
  • Promotion Stock Planning and ensuring timely delivery of stocks
  • Higher Fill rate and ensure zero returns pending at warehouse.
  • Timely arrival of vendors as per the schedule.
    • Requirements Experience
    • 2yrs+ in supply chain retail
    • Educational Qualification Preferably Graduate, MS Excel
    • Professional Certifications Knowledge of ERP system – SAP/others
    • Skills & Abilities Vendor Management, Inventory management, demand forecasting
